Project AIM

The ontological map of open data, which analyzes data sources in order to identify logical objects in texts, such as a chemical substance or a genetic mutation.

We created an ontological map of open data, which analyzes data sources in order to identify logical objects in texts, such as a chemical substance or a genetic mutation. Thanks to this tool, we were able to create free medical databases that can help in the search for a treatment for serious diseases.

  1. The largest database of chemical substances intended for the treatment of cystic fibrosis. We have currently identified 117 drugs using our unique tool. Of these, 33 are approved and 72 are in development. Within the project, it was necessary to relate the chemical substance to a specific mutation (CFTR). More at https://cf-help.org/
  2. Portal "Up-to-date mapping of COVID-19 treatment and vaccine development" which uses artificial intelligence to process academic studies related to the SARS-CoV2 virus. The aim of the project is to help in the worldwide search for a vaccine or treatment for COVID-19. More at https://covid19-help.org/
